Job Summary

 

This is a hybrid position.


Combining needed sales efforts while also assisting multiple areas of the hotel including but not limited to; covering front desk, providing administrative assistance to sales team, pushing sales efforts, assisting banquets, food & beverage outlets and special projects.

 

In this ever changing post COVID-19 climate, the brand NEW AC Hotel by Marriott Los Angeles South Bay is looking for a motivated individual that can wear multiple hats while upholding superior hospitality skills. This role will be reporting to both the Direct of Sales & Marketing and the Front Office Manager.

 

The responsibilities are in alignment with senior management, Company policies and procedures, brand standards and local, state and national regulations. Providing quality service, meeting/exceeding financial and service goals, and managing within approved plans and objectives. Fosse & Sales background is a plus.
