  1. Security operation安全操作
    1. Safeguard the property and life of both guests and employees. Make patrols and inspect the hotel, especially the important place i.e. exits, in order to eliminate hazards or subdue a criminal action

    1. Work with walkie-talkie for easy contact

工作时携带对讲机以便联系。

    1. Record any meaningful information on Memo Book in the sequence of chronology; include duty rolling, suspicious objective, damaged equipment, unsafe situation, etc.

将工作时发生的事情按时间顺序记录在“工作日志”上。包括岗位轮换、可疑目标、设备损坏和不安全因素等。

    1. Implement the hotel rules on Lost & Found, fill in related forms and report the lost to relevant department immediately

执行酒店关于“失物招领”的相关规定,填写相应的表格,并立即报告相关负责部门。

    1. Pay attention to all the people in the hotel to ensure their actions are not dangerous to the hotel

关注酒店内所有的人员,确保他们的行为不会危害酒店利益。

    1. Assist Human Resource in inspecting staffs locker & dormitory. Report to on duty Loss Prevention Supervisor directly before performing the duties

协助人力资源部检查员工宿舍及更衣箱。在这之前要报告当值的防损主管。

    1. Perform other duties assigned by Loss Prevention Management / Team Leader

执行酒店管理层/防损主管安排的其他任务。

 

  1. Emergency Response紧急应对
    1. Respond to emergency calls and follow the instruction of Loss Prevention Officer or Management

接到报警呼叫后,按防损主管或管理层的指示行动。

    1. In the event of an emergency, get to the scene immediately as instructed, find out the facts and then report to Loss Prevention Supervisor in shift. Control the situation and perform first aids if necessary. Meanwhile, make a detailed report

在紧急情况发生时,按指示立即到达现场,找出原因并报告当班防损主管。控制现场情况,在需要时进行急救。期间要进行详细的报告。


Conduct investigations and gather evidence related to theft/fraud or lost items, noise complaints, assault complaints, food poisoning complaints, and other guest complaints and incidents. Conduct interviews with relevant parties in order to obtain statements and information related to incidents. Assist with and notify manager/supervisor, local police, or other appropriate individuals in the event of accidents, attacks, or other incidents. Complete incident reports to document all Security/Loss Prevention related incidents such as theft, accidents, physical hazards, and fire alarms. Handle business interruptions and complaints, such as suspicious individuals, civil disturbances or demonstrations, noise complaints, intoxicated individuals, etc. Escort any unwelcome persons from the property without interrupting the orderly flow of property operation. Defuse guest or employee disturbances/altercations, including summoning appropriate authorities if necessary, and documenting incident.

Follow all company and safety and security policies and procedures; report any maintenance problems, safety hazards, accidents, or injuries; complete safety training and certifications. Ensure uniform and personal appearance are clean and professional. Maintain confidentiality of proprietary information; protect company assets. Support all co-workers and treat them with dignity and respect. Support team to reach common goals. Comply with quality assurance expectations and standards. Move, lift, carry, push, pull, and place objects weighing less than or equal to 50 pounds without assistance. Assist with moving, lifting, carrying, and placing of objects weighing in excess of 75 pounds. Stand, sit, or walk for an extended period of time or for an entire work shift. Move at a speed that is required to respond to work situations (e. g., run, walk, jog). Read and visually verify information in a variety of formats (e. g., small print). Visually inspect tools, equipment, or machines (e. g., to identify defects). Enter and locate work-related information using computers and/or point of sale systems. Grasp, turn, and manipulate objects of varying size and weight, requiring fine motor skills and hand-eye coordination. Reach overhead and below the knees, including bending, twisting, pulling, and stooping. Move through narrow, confined, or elevated spaces. Move over sloping, uneven, or slippery surfaces and steps. Move up and down stairs and/or service ramps. Welcome and acknowledge all guests according to company standards. Speak with others using clear and professional language, and answer telephones using appropriate etiquette. Maintain awareness of undesirable persons on property premises. Perform other reasonable job duties as requested by Supervisors.
