Temporary contract - maternity replacement

 

Start: from March 2020.

 


REPORTING:


The Personal Assistant to the GM reports to the General Manager of the Multi-Property Complex Florence, i.e. The Westin Excelsior Florence and The St. Regis Florence.

   


RESPONSABILITIES:

  • Correspondence via e-mail and posted mail

  • Liaise with external and internal clients, i.e. VIP guests, public authorities, Head of Departments

  • Complaint management

  • Coordination between the departments

  • Management of daily hotel operations

  • Management of GM agenda 


REQUIREMENTS:          


Work Experience:

  • Min. 3 years of work experience in a luxury hotel of an international hotel chain.

Languages:

  • Excellent in both English and Italian, verbal and written

  • Third language such as Russian or Chinese is of advantage 

Skills:    

  • Outstanding communication and relationship skills

  • Business correspondence via e-mail and posted mail

  • Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PPT), Internet and Social Media.
