JOB SUMMARY                                                                            

·Report to the Manager or Supervisor.

·Washing Pots on Pan Cutlery

·Sweeping moping emptying the rubbish carry out the necessary duty require

·Ensure all blue paper dispenser & soap dispenser are full at all time

·Ensure the Chef have clean pan on pats etc. 

·Ensure Bins been empty before end of all shift

·Ensure all equipment been pack away in their specific area after cleaning



· No previous experience necessary. Training provided.

Skills and Knowledge

·Strong communication skills (verbal, listening, writing)

·Pro-active and reliable

·Able to work alone and within a team

·Physical fitness (job involves pushing, pulling, bending, stooping, upward reaching, prolonged periods of standing and/or walking)

·Flexible to work any shift including weekends and bank holidays

Education or Certification

·Good level of English essential


The following are specific responsibilities and contributions critical to the successful performance of the position:


·Carry out duty as require at all time

·Ensure the kitchen on other area are clean at all time.

·Ensure all equipment return back to specific are after been wash

·Assist other department whenever needed

·Ensure all fire exit been clear of rubbish     


  • Performs other related tasks as assigned by management.
  • Complies with Marriott International Hotels Limited, Regional Office and local policies and procedures.
  • Working hours as required to do your job but normally not less than 40 hours per week.
