Construction of the largest full-service Marriott-branded hotel in Shanghai, Shanghai Marriott Hotel City Centre opened its doors on 24 November, 2011. Located aside People's Square and Park on Xi Zang Middle Road, the Shanghai Marriott Hotel City Centre enjoys a premium downtown location. Nanjing Pedestrian Street is a 30 second stroll from the hotel's street entrance. The BUND, Suzhou Creek and the lively Xintiandi are all within easy walking distance.

 


MAJOR FUNCTION & RESPONSIBILITIES:

To establish a high degree of excellent in our Guest rooms, suites and corridors, ensuring the

Customer receives only the highest standard of services that are equal to the high level of

Guest and Management expectations.

建立卓越的高标准客房,确保每一位客人得到最高标准的服务,以达到客人超越的期望。

 

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:

工作职责:

1. Responsible for training of all Room Attendants.

负责本部门员工所有培训

 

2. Ensure all floors are stocked properly and adherence to all pars.

确保所有的楼层物品存放适当。

 

3. Ensure all china, glass and silver is in excellent condition and is maintained at all times.

确保所有的瓷器、玻璃和银器的状况非常好

                                                  

4. Ensure the standards of Guest rooms are equal to our high degree of Excellencies.

确保客房高标准的良好状态。

 

5. Inspect and complete inspection reports.

检查及完善工作报告

 

6. Immediately report any damaged scene or any reported by Room Attendant so the

    corridors and equipment are kept to the high standards.

立即报告任何损坏的景象(走廊和设备)确保一切保持高的标准

 

7. Report any burned out lights, other than what the Room Attendants are to replace.

及时报告灯具的损坏(服务员无法更换的)。

 

8. Any engineering issues should be reported directly to the Main Linen Room.

任何工程问题直接报告

 

9. Ensure Lost & Found items are turned directly in to the Main Linen Room on a daily

    basis. These items are never to be left on the floor overnight.

确保当天的遗留及时上缴,不能遗忘在楼层。

 

10. Keep halls clear of trash, soiled linen, cribs and other Guest service equipment.

确保楼层各区域清洁与整洁。(垃圾,脏布草,各种加床与客用品)

 

11. Be responsible for the input of all status of Guest rooms.

负责及时输入正确的房态。

 

12. Ensure Room Attendant is working at all times and that Room Attendants are fully

       equipped with the supplies that they need to take care of the Guest.

确保楼层服务员工作期间,提供及时的充分的备品,以方便提供服务。

 

13. Exhibit a high degree of gracious hospitality, greet Customers at all times and exhibit

      philosophy of one-stop shopping.

盛情款待迎接每一位入住的客人。

 

14. Complete any special assignment, directed by the Housekeeping Manager or the

      Director of Services promptly.

及时完成客房经理或服务总监所指派的特殊工作。

 

15. Housekeeping supervisors will be responsible for reporting the performance of

      associates in their area to the Housekeeping Manager and the Director of Services.

客房主管将负责的报告员工的工作表现。

 

 

NOTICE 注意 :

 

The hotel business functions seven days a week, 24 hours a day.  All associates must realize this fact and be aware that at all times it may be necessary to move associates from their accustomed shift as business demands.  In the case that the associate is incapable of or not willing to follow the above work requirement or the work shift schedule arrangement by his/her leaders, he/she might be transferred or demoted to another position.

同事須明确酒店是每周七天、每天二十四小时运转的行业。因工作需要,上班的班次会随时相应调动。如员工无法胜任、接受本职位说明书的有关工作要求,或有关工作班次安排,将有可能面临调职或降职。
