Perform duties of a barman in the Food and Beverage department of the hotel as directed by Management.Dealing with GUEST comments/requests promptly to ensure the acquisition and maintenance of GUESTS
Drive broader goals of the hotel in terms of bar general services by planning and achieving objectives. Meet, greet and interact with all our GUESTS with a friendly and welcoming smile. Continuously upselling and aiming to reach revenue budget.
Operate point of sale system and doing cash up daily. Maintaining high standards of safety and cleanliness in the bar area according to QPRO standards.
Deal with GUEST complaints and queries immediately and efficiently. Actively involved in the daily, weekly, monthly beverage stock takes. Forecasting anticipated volumes of the business and issue stock accordingly. Efficient cost management plan must be in place and followed regularly.
The employee is familiar with and performs to the minimum GUEST Service Standards laid down within his/ her area of work and responsibility .
