Missions du poste :

  • Superviser le travail des personnes encadrées (commis, stagiaires et apprentis)

  • Vérifier que la mise en place soit suffisante avant le service

  • Respecter les modes de cuissons et dresser les assiettes en respectant les ratios définis

  • Nettoyer les postes de travail, réfrigérateur et couteaux

  • Ranger et stocker selon les normes HACCP

  • Respecter les normes d’hygiène et de sécurité

Profil :

  • Première expérience en restauration souhaitée

  • Connaissance des normes HACCP

  • Régularité et dynamisme

  • Sens du détails et esprit d’équipe
