The beautiful and historical Grand Hotel Golf Resort and Spa seeks a Talent Acquisition Manager to lead their recruiting team!

 
Job Summary:

Position directs and supports the property Human Resources department as it relates to all phases of the attraction, recruitment and retention efforts. Focuses on recruiting efforts, builds long-term relationships with colleges and universities, coordinates all college recruiting and classroom presentations. Also, focuses on delivering HR services that meet or exceed the needs of associates and enable business success ensures compliance with federal, state and local regulations and PCH operating procedures.

 
Major Responsiblities:
  • Directs and supports the property Human Resources department
  • Attraction, recruitment and retention of talent 
  • Full cycle recruiting
  • Builds long-term relationships with colleges and universities,
  • Coordinates all college recruiting and classroom presentations.
  • Focuses on delivering HR services that meet or exceed the needs of associates and enable business success ensures compliance with federal, state and local regulations and PCH operating procedures.
