Duty Manager

Tasks and responsibilities

 

We are looking for a Duty Manager who is passionate about W, passionate about music, style and innovation.    As a Duty Manager you are at the core of all communication between different departments regarding any operational issue or guest complaint that may arise and you make sure to follow up with everyone. Whatever Whenever is very much your personal motto!

 

  • You need to be flexible at all time, it is your task to assist other departments when needed

  • You are the first contact person in case of complaints, operational issues and other scenario’s.

  • Check the daily arrivals and VIP guests and giving  them a warm welcome

  • Guarantee safety and security together with the Security department

  • Conduct projects within the hotel

  • Attend the departmental and operational meetings.  

  • Bring our Guest Satisfaction Index to the next level and make sure every guest leaves the hotel happy

  • Be able to give or set up trainings together with our Training Manager

  • Provide hotel information to all stakeholders (internal and external)  

  • And of course: Be W!



Requirements:


 


  • Fluency in English & Dutch

  • Experience in a front office department is required. (ideally on supervisory level)

  • Experience in Luxury Segment is an advantage
