  • Responsible for all the design artworks of hotel collateral to support all department i.e. hotel brochure, flyer, package brochure, poster, social media banner, email tagline, eDM, TV screen, compendium, menu, signage, laundry list etc.

  • Check Marriott Asset Library weekly to ensure the latest brand standards/guidelines are being adhered to.

  • Ensure the quality and (in hi-resolution only) proper use of image for any Marketing and printing materials.

  • Ensure all assigned graphic works are fully managed in a timely manner and have approval from Director of Sales and Marketing (DOSM) and Director of Marketing Communications (DOMC).

  • Be pro-active in the conceptual planning of creative e-mail pieces. Ensure that the size is managed to be appropriate so that it won’t cause problems to the receivers.

  • Ensure that all collateral has the same consistent look as the rest of marketing literature to help maintaining an identity and style to all the design works.

  • Supervises the production and quality of all displays and temporary signage in the hotel public areas.

  • Design and update the hotel’s digital screen advertisements and in-house TV to widely promote hotel’s facilities, activities and services to in-house guests.

  • Ensure that the hotel is always ‘up to date’ on the latest technology related to Graphic Design.

  • Be pro-active in any opportunities that will assist in increasing hotel’s revenue by using his expertise in Graphic Design area.

  • Daily Design and Printing Report updates working status of all collateral to Marketing Communications Manager (MCM) and DOMC.

  • Organize from outside printing, typesetting, bromides, color separation, negatives etc. for in-house printing.

  • Work closely with supplier or vendor and provide administrative assistance to the team specially cost saving of printing materials and paper for hotel collateral. 

         Performs additional related duties as deemed necessary and appropriate to MARCOM Department or others Management staff.

             Ensures that the format of international creativity is in synergy with the St. Regis Hotel.
