We are looking for a Guest Room Attendant who is enthusiastic, works well under pressure and is dedicated to the team and to making our Guests’ stay Brilliant.
Hours of Work:
This is a Casual Position.
Rate of Pay is £8.64 – £9.21 per hour.
Job Tasks include:
Cleaning Guest Bedrooms, Bathrooms, Balconies [and occasionally Public Areas] to a high standard.
Responding promptly to requests from guests – focusing on providing excellent customer service through anticipating and addressing guests' service needs and thanking guests with genuine appreciation.
Checking that all appliances are present in the room and in working order.
Reporting any maintenance issues to Maintenance Team.
Move, lift, carry, push, pull, and place objects weighing less than or equal to 25 pounds without assistance. Reach overhead and below the knees, including bending, twisting, pulling, and stooping. Stand, sit, or walk for an extended period of time.
