MAIN SCOPE OF ROLE:
This position is responsible for supporting the reactive sales team - responding to all group, conference and event-related enquiries for Sheraton Grand London Park Lane Hotel, The Park Tower Knightsbridge, A Luxury Collection Hotel, Le Méridien Piccadilly, W London-Leicester Square and Aloft London Excel. This position is responsible for preparing contracts, proposals, updating various systems, generating reports.
MAIN DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES
- Preparing and sending contracts.
- Preparing and sending proposals
- Working with lead qualifying team to prepare quotes for event and group enquiries.
- Updating rates and availability in OneSource.
- Entering data / updating data in Opera Sales & Catering system (event space holds, group room holds, forecast updates).
- Covering enquiry line phone during busy periods.
- Assisting with site visits as required.
