With the recent completion of a $45m renovation, Sheraton Grand Sydney Hyde Park is seeking a driven Account Director to join our passionate and close knit team.  


As a senior member of the Sales team this role is responsible for conversion of large group/catering related opportunities with significant revenue potential, with a focus on building long-term, value based customer relationships that enable achievement of the hotel’s sales objectives.    


This role is a key contributor to the hotel’s overall revenue goals and would suit a results driven, dynamic sales professional. 



  •   Responsible for managing large group/catering related opportunities with significant revenue potential.
  • Uses negotiating skills and creative selling abilities to close on business and negotiate contracts.

  • Builds and strengthens relationships with existing and new customers to enable future bookings.

  • Support’s Sheraton Grand Sydney Hyde Park’s Service and Relationship Strategy, driving customer loyalty by delivering service excellence through each customer experience.
