  • Endeavour to create once-in-a-lifetime and unique experiences for all children’s on a continuous basis – spoil, surprise and personalize
  • Be responsible for the hosting of children’s (Including of HOD’s Kids) for the duration of their stay 
  • Preparing individual or group itineraries for children’s (Including of HOD’s Kids) so that they experience all of our offerings
  • Write dockets for the food and drink activities and ensure prompt delivery
  • Discuss and communicate children’s (Including of HOD’s Kids) preferences with the various departments
  • Liaise with the Housekeeping, Dive Center and Food & Beverage department for planning of events such as Cooking Class, Snorkeling etc...
  • Manage children’s activities in accordance with the North island offering
  • Ensure that any and all additional children’s information and guest-related issues are communicated to the Head of Guest Relation, Operational Manager and Guest Relation Hosts for records
  • Ensure proper follow-up on children’s requirements and complaints are addressed
  • Maintain the appearance and work standards defined in the service offering on North Island
  • Ensure the day planner is completed with full details of all children’s activities which are to be communicated in the afternoon handover
  • Ensure that all surrounding public areas are neat and maintained as per standard
  • Ensure all Non-Negotiable are maintained 
  • Ensure that art and Craft basket are neat and tidy
  • Ensure Kid’s Playground are neat and tidy 
  • Inform Head Guest Experience host (or Operational Manager in his absent) of any maintenance issue at the Kid’s Playground
  • Ensure proper par-level of material and equipment at the Kid’ Playground (e.g. Paper, paint, brush…)
  • 5 Years Teaching experience, and nursery/junior school level
  • Good communication skills, oral, verbal and written in English
