Ensure that golfers adhere to their allocated tee time and maintain pace of play on the golf course.

Remove golfers from the course if slow play continues and course rules are broken.

Inform guests of course rules, check they are dressed appropriately and are showing a guest bag tag.

Report any golfers that differ from start sheet, so that amendments can be made on the reservation system.

Golf buggies are to be brought up from the buggy park for the day’s play and listed on the allocation sheet; buggies must be clean and meet safety requirements.

Maintain the presentation of the buggy fleet including Marshals buggy.  Any buggies that have any defects must be reported to the golf Manager and placed out of action.

Ensure that the Marshals buggy has a fully stocked First Aid Kit, which should be checked regularly.

Ensure that trolleys are in clean working order.

Ensure that hire clubs are clean and maintained.

Ensure signage boards on course are kept clean at all times.

Shoe cleaning area must be checked regularly.  Ensure that the area is clean and that air hoses are in full operation.

Regular updates to golf shop via radio for pace of play or other information that the golf department may require.  Head sets must be used when available.

Ensure both driving ranges are maintained, ropes are moved regularly, all signage moved to behind ropes, mats brushed, rubber tees replaced, yardage markers checked, baskets collected.

Collection of Range Balls.  At certain times of year this will include manual hand collection.

Ensure that Range balls are clean and ready for guests to use.

Ensure golf ball pyramid stacks are prepared for members and corporate events.

Ensure practice net and explainer teaching aid are cleaned regularly.

On course ball washers to be checked regularly and topped up when required.

Starters Hut is to be maintained to audit standards.

Bins within the golf area and on course are to be checked regularly and emptied when required.

Golfers announced on the 1st tee when required.

Liaise with corporate groups before play and inform them of the course rules.

Assist with the erection of banners for corporate events.

Longest drive/nearest the pin markers placed on the course at the relevant holes.

Assist the golf shop with cover when required.

On occasions your current working hours may change to suit the business needs.
