The position ensures that there is someone available at key times to focus entirely on providing guests inside tips and information on the city they are in as well as making tailor-made experiences come to life during the guests’ experience at W.

 

The W Insider must perform such VIP related tasks such as checking rooms pre-arrival, arranging amenities, preparing key cards & in room check ins etc.

 

 

We are ideally looking for someone with

  • A degree in any discipline.
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in a service related role.

  • Proficient in Microsoft Office software and various social media platforms.

  • Ability to multitask with good time management skills.

  • A people-person who is able to connect with individuals from all walks of life.

  • Able to demostrate your flair for creativity even under tight deadlines.

  • A good team player who is also able to work independently in a fast pace environment.

  • Ability to speak a foreign language would be advantageous.
