We are looking for a Night Auditor to work be part of a team that is responsible for looking after guests during the night period.
Hours of Work:
This is a full time position working 40 hours per week, 5 shifts over 7 (to include weekends and bank holidays)
Rate of pay is £8.80 per hour
Job Tasks include:
Checking guests in/out and securing payment prior to issuing room key.
Running the Night Audit procedures using “Opera” computer system.
Prepare and deliver food and beverage orders from the night menu.
Serve guests with beverages from the main hotel bar and use “Micros” payment systems.
Deal with guests in a courteous and professional manner.
Maintain safety and security of all guests and co-workers.
We are ideally looking for someone with:
Experience working during the night period and within a team.
Good level of skill using a computer.
Excellent customer service skills. Local area knowledge.
Cash handling experience and numerical skills.
The ability to deal with difficult situations in a calm and professional manner at all times.
