Purpose of Role


Responsible for the property maintenance of overall hotel building, plant and equipment including furniture, fittings and fixtures. Ensuring engineering works within Hotel operation are conforming to W Hotel Engineering Standards and local legislation. Provide a professional, advisory and executive support service to the Executive Team to achieve the strategic goals of establishment.


Responsibly Description


§  Initiate and undertake assigned capital projects, from design and pricing to 

    construction and commission.

§  Control and administer all engineering and utility supply contracts.

§  Carry out regular inspections of plant and equipment and ensure all 

    inspections required by local government authorities are conducted and 

    documented.
