- Specific Duties 工作任务
- Perform all secretarial and administrative duties to the standard required by the Department Head, to ensure efficient operations of the department.
- Type, take minutes and dictation, draft letters, handle telephone calls, file and trace correspondence.
- Ensure security and upkeep of the entire department’s files, current references such as memos in accordance to subject matter, chronological and numerical sequence.
- Ensure proper requisitioning and controlling of office and department’s supplies.
- Ensure personal awareness of the basic information on activities and services within the hotel in order to promote the property’s offerings and be responsive to customer’s inquiries.
- Handle all appointments concerning the Department Head and help trace his schedule and engagements.
- Fill out, draft out and print out any reports under the guideline of SEC Manager
- Assist investigator in the investigation of incidents:
- As required, search female personnel and women’s restrooms for evidence in connection with official investigations or theft of hotel / employees property.
- In absence of female House Detective, frisk people under investigation.
- Upon instruction, get in touch with police and other government agencies responsible for the matter at hand.
- For general information purposes, familiarize self with staffing and personnel assignments.
- Maintain Loss Prevention’s physical property list and assist in conducting physical inventory upon instruction.

- Provide clerical assistance to supervisors and all Loss Prevention personnel in the preparation of reports of investigation of incidents and accidents.
- Maintain control list for contracted workers in the hotel areas.
- Give first trial to associate’s leave application and reimbursement, etc.
- Ensure that the office reflects a professional atmosphere and organization.
- Keep confidential of any confidential information or documentation.

- Prepare monthly training schedule.
- Filing training records in the sequence of chronology
- Participate actively in company initiated employee activities
- Grooming And Hygiene仪容仪表和卫生
- Adhere to the specified hygiene and personal appearance standards of the hotel and her area
- Prepare duty roster for each month.
- Adhere to the set procedures for attendance and timekeeping.
