Hong Kong SkyCity Marriott Hotel located at Hong Kong International Airport is currently hiring a Chef de Partie - Pastry.

Responsibilities include:

  • To complete the assigned culinary task in a safe and professional manner
  • Fully responsible and in-charge of preparing a variety of food for guests in the outlets of the Hotel

Requirements: 

  • Form 5 / DSE or above
  • Good spoken, written and reading ability in English, Cantonese and Mandarin
  • At least 5 years hotel-related working experience is preferable
