Purpose of Role

 

Responsible for the property maintenance of overall hotel building, plant and equipment including furniture, fittings and fixtures.  Ensuring engineering works within Hotel operation confirm to W Hotels engineering standards and local legislation.  

 

Responsibly Description


§  Initiate and undertake assigned capital projects, from design, pricing 

    to construction commission.

§  Control and administer all engineering and utility supply contracts.

§  Carry out regular plant and equipment inspections, and ensure all inspections     required by local government authorities are conducted and documented.
