To assist us in maintaining our reputation for outstanding customer service, we are currently seeking an enthusiastic Full Time Group Rooms Coordinator to join our Catering and Events Team.

Job Description

As a Group Rooms Coordinator, your primary duties will be to assist the Catering & Events Team, the Revenue Manager and the Front Office Team. Tasks include but are not limited to; entering rooming lists for all conference, corporate, social and inbound groups, assisting C&E with writing rundowns, attending pre-conference briefings, updating guest information and ensuring correct routing for master accounts.

You will work autonomously to meet daily targets and deadlines, while responding to requests from the team. Exceptional attention to detail is necessary, as is the ability to input information accurately.  

Requirements

All candidates must be available to work a rotating roster including evenings, weekends and public holidays depending on the hotels needs. Availability to work increased hours during busy periods is essential. Previous experience using Opera is also essential.
