OPENING HOTEL - DOS OPPORTUNITY - Loveland Colorado
Concord Hospitality is currently seeking an experienced Director of Sales to open and cultivate a sales presence for our new TownePlace Suites coming to Loveland Colorado! This 102 room extended stay property provides guests full kitchens and free breakfast daily and internet daily! Guests enjoy the 24 hour market, pool, business center, full size appliances plus our famous TowneMapÂ®. This beautiful hotel will open in June 2019!
The ideal candidate should have extensive experience in select service hotel sales operations with a strong background in BT and leisure sales, experience in preparing marketing/action plans, use of tools such as Group360, plus experience in developing strategic pricing, conducting client negotiations and preparing rate contracts and group agreements. Prior experience in both the Marriott and Delphi operating systems is preferred.

DOS JOB SUMMARY: Develop and foster hotel business through direct sales, marketing, telemarketing, direct mail, and tours of hotel. This is an advanced level position designed to lead a sales office in the solicitation of new and maintenance of existing transient, group, and meeting room business. The Director of Sales is responsible for all sales/marketing and advertising tasks, public relations and administrative reporting. You will be savvy in communications with the city, Marriott and our owners as you prepare reports and or offer updates on hotel performance. As a DOS you will be the liaison with Marriott to manage all sales and marketing checklists and to network with National Sales and local accounts to maintenance and grow our client base including RFPs and annual contracts.
Our Director of Sales lead this department through attention to revenue maximization, building and retaining strong business relationships with our clients, fostering a training and development culture in sales to grow the sales team professionally, involvement in our community through charitable outreach, and serve as the support to the General Manager in embracing the Concord Culture for our associates and visiting guests.
