Responsible to support the Manager and Assistant Manager to provide a smooth and efficient operation in WOOBAR. Ensure standards and procedures are followed, practice managerial principles to achieve departmental goals & financial targets. Maximize guest satisfaction by providing quality W experience & W cocktail’s culture. Assist in implementing beverage service procedure, invent W cocktails based on the market needs, provide internal training and maintain high talent morale in a professional and stylish manner.
Experience - 3 years work experience in similar position in the luxury restaurants, bars or hotels
Technical Skill - good knowledge of Wines, Spirits and Cocktail Recipes Education - diploma/ higher diploma in hospitality or relevant discipline
Language skills - fluent in Cantonese & English
W Look - appear confident, well-groomed
W Personality - warm, welcoming, smiling and pleasant
