Job Contract: Maternity replacement

Job Overview:  

Promote awareness of brand image internally and externally. Develop marketing materials and assemble information packages (e.g., brochures, promotional materials, maps) for promotional events, property tours, and conferences. Prepare or edit letters, invitations, monthly and quarterly press reports, and news releases, using word processing, spreadsheet, database, or presentation software. Make updates to property website and monitor website for accuracy on a weekly basis. Handle magazine photo shoots on property. Response to all daily general media inquiries or refer to an appropriate spokesperson. Help to monitor media coverage and other external factors to identify potential or actual problem areas and opportunities. Support media relations outreach efforts and other activities to bolster the property's reputation and image in the community. Coordinate on-property visits from media, including reservations, amenities, special requests, and dining. File and update press database, digital library, and press clippings.

      

Work closely with Gm’s daily job (agenda, emails, office).

 

Handling daily requests, Email client’s feedback and update of complains database.

-Seasonal Banners

-Sales team/GM gifting

-Communication Guidelines

-Shooting coordination and direction, responsible for quality and result

-Photography, responsible for quality and result

-Image gallery curation

-Corporate Video and influencer videos

-Bvlgari Ambassador and PR Team reservations

-International Press/Influencer Trip coordination and experience development

-Fam Trip organization and experience development

-Nurturing relationships with LVMH

-Nurture Bvlgari PR network global contacts

-Nurturing relationships with Store Managers

-Coordination and personal contact with all their VIP bookings on site, each one with a custom stay and agenda according to requirements

-Creating VIP client packages with Spa and Rooms

-Granting special access to In House hotel clients (VIP Rooms, Fashion show attendance, trunk shows, customizations etc.)  

-Pertinent ODS

-OTA’s

-MDAM and all reservations path texts/processes

-PR Plan and its effective execution

-Website updates and innovations (new ideas/whatson)

-In charge of local guest experience – review all concierge materials and suggestions

-Sales Team portals and presentation assistance

-Tourism Fairs

-Registrations

-Portal uploads

-Texts

  • Work closely with F&B/SPA for new promotions/imagery and communications

  • Packages/Experiences for Sales
  • Social Media
  • Celebrity bookings and follow through
  • Associazione Montenapoleone initiatives
