This is a full time role, 35-40 hours (TBD), Monday to Friday with the small amount of flexibility that is required when working in a 24 hour, 7 day a week business!
Other administrative tasks include creating and maintaining filing systems, sending letters and data capture and tracking. The HR Coordinator will be responsible for general HR tasks including responding to needs of associates; respond to questions, requests, and concerns from employees and management regarding company and Human Resources programs, policies and guidelines. Inform Human Resources management of issues related to employee relations within the division or property. It is essential that HR maintain confidentiality and security of employee and property records, files, and information.
