This is a full time role, 35-40 hours (TBD), Monday to Friday with the small amount of flexibility that is required when working in a 24 hour, 7 day a week business!

 
We are looking for a true people person who is passionate about hospitality. You will be part of a dedicated Human Resources team who strive to provide a caring and inclusive culture to our associates, with a focus on engagement and development opportunities. This role will focus on recruitment, on boarding, training & development and retention of a strong and dynamic workforce. The HR Coordinator will also be a key player in all other aspects of HR, taking an active role around the hotel as well as building strong relationships at all levels of the business. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone looking to grow their career in the Human Resources discipline. Previous experience in HR is not necessary but strong organizational skills and a caring and creative character is essential.
 
What you’ll be doing
The main responsibility for this role is recruitment and on-boarding of new employees including but not limited to: planning, advertising and sourcing, screening and assessing candidates, interviewing and selecting, pre-hire checks, hiring and on-boarding. Create new employee personnel files. Assist and administer the recruitment process and promote actively the Company as an employer of choice. 
 

Other administrative tasks include creating and maintaining filing systems, sending letters and data capture and tracking. The HR Coordinator will be responsible for general HR tasks including responding to needs of associates; respond to questions, requests, and concerns from employees and management regarding company and Human Resources programs, policies and guidelines. Inform Human Resources management of issues related to employee relations within the division or property. It is essential that HR maintain confidentiality and security of employee and property records, files, and information.
