Job Summary

    

Ensure efficient delivery of service to the guest according to pre-determined standards and specification.This role provides operational support to the Supervisor and coordinates all service delivery details with the Supervisor. Supervise venue operations during assigned shifts and ensure all the staff to carry out the task according to the systems and procedures. Leading the associates to provide excellent service to the guests and achieve department goals and objectives. Deliver high quality service to guests and ensure guest needs and reasonable requests are met. Total knowledge & understanding of Food Preparation Standard & Procedure and make appropriate recommendations for guests.

Job Requirements

 

- Work experience in a similar position in another Hotel for 1-2 years
- Positive attitude
- Good command of English and Chinese skills
