The Marketing Executive will work alongside the Director of Marketing and the marketing team to grow the hotels’ online visibility, amongst both the Arabic and ex-pat communities. Administration includes content strategy, develop brand awareness, generate inbound traffic and cultivate leads and sales in Food and Beverage, Spa, Fitness, Events and Rooms. He / She should be highly motivated with experience and a passion for designing and implementing the Company’s content strategy, creating relevant content, blogging, community participation and leadership.
Set realistic goals in line with the hotel’s overall revenue objective and drive results ultimately resulting is optimized exposure on social space driving engagement and topline revenue.
Visual content has a lasting effect on us humans. Marketing personnel should ensure it’s consistent, compelling and with great clarity
Solid Content Strategy
What you post on your Social channels is the foundation for all your other Social Media marketing. The Social Media personnel must take a deep dive to Discover the positioning of dining destinations along with all its property level offerings to ensure the content created are aligned with the language and values. Content generation will be a continuous activity. Social media content should be in English and Arabic
A thorough understanding of Social media advertisement is necessary to develop strategic promotion plan on monthly, weekly and daily basis using approved digital and online tools. Monthly promotions Calendar should be the base for strategic social conversations.
Engagement is of paramount importance for the social media activations. Social Media Personnel should listen, respond, ask questions and engage with the audience in line with marketing guidelines. All activities should have the common objective of driving engagement.
Marketing Personnel’s job is to convert fans/followers into customers through all digital and third party partner platforms and measure the success using the existing and available tools online
Measure & Analyze to establish Return On Investment (ROI)
Measure results on a weekly/monthly/yearly basis. The results must tie back to the objectives. The marketing personnel should be able to present monthly reports to the management in a structured way showcasing activities and results, investments and returns.
All steps will be finalized in coordination with Director of Marketing.
Manage F&B marketing campaigns and day-to-day activities including but not limited to:
Create, curate, and manage all published content (images, video and written)
Monitor, listen and respond to users in a “Social” way while cultivating leads and sales- maintain 2 minutes response time
Conduct online advocacy and open stream for cross-promotions
Keep all website content up to date
Design, create and manage promotions and Social ad campaigns as per brand guidelines
Develop a strategy and implement a proactive process for capturing customer online reviews. Monitor online ratings and respond in line with Marriott hotels and resorts guidelines
Monitor trends in Social Media tools, applications, channels, design and strategy and update during monthly round ups
Identify threats and opportunities in user generated content surrounding the business. Report notable threats to appropriate management.
Monitor effective benchmarks (best practices) for measuring the impact of marketing campaigns, Analyze, review, and report on effectiveness of campaigns in an effort to maximize results
Share best practices in coordination with Director of Marketing
Continuous data capture efforts to grow customer database in compliance with GDPR guidelines.
