Four Points by Sheraton Sydney, Central Park is a brand new hotel, openning its doors in August 2018. It is located in the vibrant Central Park precinct featuring 297 rooms, seven flexible meeting spaces as well as unique food and beverage concepts.
We currently have an exciting opportunity for a Food & Beverage Supervisor to join our Food & Beverage team.
About the role:
Assist the Venues Manager with the day to day operations in the restaurant
Handle quest requests, inquiries and complaints effectively and efficiently
Provide ongoing training and coaching to Food & Beverage Attendants
Ensure accuracy with requests, orders and service delivery
Maintain standards of hygiene and food handling
What we are looking for:
Previous Supervisor or Team Leader experience in Food & Beverage service, ideally in a hotel environment
Thorough knowledge of MICROS POS system
Responsible Service of Alcohol Competency Card
Ability to lead by example
Excellent communication skills
Flexible availability, including weekends and public holidays
Permanent residency or unlimited working rights in Australia
