Job Summary

If you’re a driven sales person, passionate about event sales and excited by the opportunity to work for two hotels - then this is the perfect opportunity for you! The newly opened Westin Brisbane & Four Points by Sheraton Brisbane are seeking a passionate and driven Complex Catering & Events Specialist to join the team!



  • Work with meeting & event planners and PCO’s to secure conferences, meetings & events
  • Plan and conduct high end site inspections and entertainment with a focus on conversion
  • Prepare detailed proposals and contracts that are tailored to client requirements


  • Passion and drive are considered highly desirable 
  • Training will be provided for the right candidate
  • Operation or administrative hospitality experience would be beneficial
  • Strong knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel, Powerpoint
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Energized by a fast paced environment and looking to grow in a sales capacity
  • Permanent residency or unlimited working rights in Australia is desirable
