Job Summary
Assist guests in processing UAE entry visa’s according to the regulations of the UAE and in accordance with the hotel guidelines. Also, assisting in inputting the guest data into the CID system. To ensure that the Police CID Reporting System is updated hourly each day with proper process in place for 100% compliance and capturing of all guest records. This includes arrivals, departures, room moves & the number of guests per room. On rostered time off, full handover of the system to be given to the Front Office Manager to ensure clear communication of who is responsible to update the system in your absence. Complete Visa Coordinator  for Immigration related tasks according to hotel checklists. To be up to date with regard to any changes or amendments to the prevailing laws/rules/regulations changes in forms/formats and other procedures and keep the Director of Human Resources/Front Office Manager advised of such changes. To submit the daily DTCM reports as required by no later than 12pm each day. 100% compliance with this timeline is required. To liaise and work closely with Human Resources department to ensure that forms and formats for all transactions are correct and complete prior to submission. To carry out other relevant tasks and duties as assigned from time to time.
 
     Follow all company policies and procedures, ensure uniform and personal appearance are clean and professional, maintain confidentiality of proprietary information, and protect company assets. Welcome and acknowledge all guests according to company standards, anticipate and address guests' service needs, assist individuals with disabilities, and thank guests with genuine appreciation. Speak with others using clear and professional language, prepare and review written documents accurately and completely, and answer telephones using appropriate etiquette. Develop and maintain positive working relationships with others, support team to reach common goals, and listen and respond appropriately to the concerns of other employees. Comply with quality assurance expectations and standards. Stand, sit, or walk for an extended period of time or for an entire work shift. Move, lift, carry, push, pull, and place objects weighing less than or equal to 10 pounds. Perform other reasonable job duties as requested by Supervisors.
