The successful candidate will be responsible for offering an elevated guest experience through the co-ordination of all-round Resort activities, in co-operation with the Guest Relations Manager.  S/he will focus on building good rapport and relationships with our guests through continuous interactions, working towards enhancing further the guests’ experience in the Resort, by being the person to go-to.  The primary objective is the achievement of maximum GSS scores.
Candidates should ideally meet the following requisites:
  • Previous work experience in a hotel in a supervisory role
  • Having outstanding verbal and written communication skills
  • Fluency in English and in other languages
  • A Recognized Qualification in Hospitality will also be considered an Asset
  • Problem solving and complaint solving skills
