Concord Hospitality Enterprises is currently seeking a self-motivated, enthusiastic, experienced Director of Sales for our new SpringHill Suites by Marriott hotel coming to Tuckahoe New York. This hotel will attract various corporate customers plus sport/leisure group for the surrounding Tuckahoe and Westchester area. Concord Hospitality, headquartered in Raleigh, is a well-recognized leader in North America providing great hotels, great work environments, and great opportunities for advancement.
The DOS is responsible for sales and marketing strategies that will maximize the profitability of the hotel while maintaining superior client relationships and exceeding their expectations. As an opening Director of Sales your tenure in sales will be instrumental in developing the strategy and client base for this upcoming beautiful property. You will assemble a team of the best and support the GM, Revenue Manager and Digital Marketing Manager in creating a hotel launch that guarantees first year success.
This is an advanced level position designed to provide direction and leadership to the sales and catering departments, and provides oversight of sales, marketing, catering, and sales-related revenue generation. This positions serves as liaison between the sales team, revenue management, and other departments of the hotel
