- Responsible for all the food and beverage operations, which includes all culinary, restaurant, beverage and room service operations
- Oversees guest and employee satisfaction, maintaining standards and meeting or exceeding financial goals
- Demonstrates knowledge and proficiency of all applicable food and beverage laws and regulations
- Develops and implements business plan for food and beverage
- Experience in 5 stars hotel F&B operation & evidence of business acumen & operational project success
- Team leading / marketing field / operational in multi-concept restaurant & banquet
- High volume and strong market reputation for quality and service
- Proven track record in achieving results and driving projects
- Excellent communication in Cantonese, English and Putonghua
- Candidate who has less experience will be considered as Beverage & Food Manager
