Job Description :  

The Indianapolis Marriott East is seeking an experienced Director of Revenue Strategy.  This leader will manage the activities of the Room Inventory Manager and lead the department to meet Marriott revenue management standards.  The successful candidate will:

Responsible for the overseeing the Revenue Management of 3 Marriott branded properties, 499 rooms and 75,000 square feet of meeting space.

Lead strategy for group pricing, transient pricing and e-commerce for all 3 hotels

Must be experienced with Marriott Consolidate Inventory / Total Yield 2 pricing tools

2+ years recent experience leading the revenue management department for a Marriott branded hotel


Bachelor degree in business administration, marketing or hotel management or equivalent work experience
