Location

To assist in maintaining our reputation for outstanding customer service, we are currently seeking experienced and enthusiastic Part Time Food & Beverage Attendants to join our Pearls Bar and Oyster Bar Teams.

 

Departments

Pearls Bar is a renowned hotel lobby bar.  The sophisticated atmosphere allows for our guests to enjoy a cocktail, coffee or indulge in the popular High Tea.  Featuring a spacious layout taking full advantage of the Resort’s beautiful pool and ocean views, Pearls Bar provides a delightful experience to relax and unwind with a cocktail in hand.

 

Oyster Bar is a favourite meeting spot among visitors and locals who appreciate succulent fresh seafood and comfortable intimate surroundings. Oyster is open for lunch and dinner and features tropical garden views of the resort.

 

Job Description

As a Food & Beverage Attendant, you will be responsible for providing friendly, courteous and efficient food and beverage service. You will be required to work and connect with guests, as well as showcasing your skills behind the bar.

 

If you have a 5 star attitude towards service and enjoy working in a fast-paced hospitality environment, this is the job for you!

 

Requirements

The ideal candidate will be energetic, friendly, organized, enjoy working in a team environment and be passionate to provide the highest level of customer service.  Prior food and beverage experience, including Barista skills, and Cocktail making is essential.  A minimum 2 years A la carte experience is required for Oyster bar. All candidates must be available to work a rotating roster including holidays and weekends. Only candidates with a current Queensland RSA certificate will be eligible for hire. Please state whether you would prefer Pearls or Oyster Bar in your cover letter.
