职位概述

MAJOR FUNCTION 主要 :
To administer the day to day operations of the restaurant outlet in such a manner as to maximize revenues and minimize costs with particular attention to complete guest satisfaction, associate welfare, and profit margins.
关注客人,提高顾客满意度 以及员工福利和餐厅利润,以此来管理餐厅每天的运营,以达到最大的收益和最少的成本的目的。
 
MAJOR RESPONSIBILITIES 責任概要 :
  1. Directly responsible for the restaurant area, ensuring a smooth running, profitable operation within the framework of the hotel.
    直接的责任是负责整个餐厅,保证经营顺畅,使酒店的运营处在一个收益的框架上。
  2. Responsible to maintain the overall welfare of our associates by providing them with the training and resources to take care of our guests.
    有责任去保障所有员工的福利,培训和资源,只有这样员工才能照顾好我们的客人。
  3. Achieve departmental budget goals by maintaining profits through increased sales revenue and the efficient cost expenditure.
    通过增加更多的收益和有效率的开支来完成预算目标以保持利润。
  4. Be responsible for the monthly department Profit & Loss Statement.
    每个月要召开部门会议陈述收益或者未完成的指标。
 
SPECIFIC DUTIES 工作任務 :
OPERATIONS
  1. Preparation of the yearly department budget by using history & forecasting techniques to develop an aggressive budget that reflects the achievable capabilities.
    通过使用历史纪录和客房率预测来制定一份可行的部门年度指标。
  2. Accurately forecast business demands to ensure efficient staffing & food production.正确的预计商业需求已确保最有效率的人员配备和食物生产。
  3. To ensure the efficient scheduling of management & associates.
    制定管理者和员工的最有效率的排班表。
  4. To ensure the awareness & enforcement of all Marriott S.O.P.’s & Property L.S.O.P.’s.保证认识和实施所有万豪的S.O.P.和财产L.S.O.P.
  5. Enforce operational Standards that are periodically reviewed & updated.
    定期的复习和更新标准以确保运营。
  6. Be responsible for maintaining outlet safety and sanitation standards at all times.
    所有的时候都要保持出口的安全和卫生设备的标准。
  7. Enforce Marriott’s GFS checklist by having all outlets inspected on a monthly basis.
    执行万豪的GFS点卫生设备检查表,所有部门每月检查一次。
  8. Be responsible for asset management of all outlet property & facilities.
    有责任管理好部门的有价值的财物和设备。
  9. Conduct a preventative maintenance inspection on a weekly basis.
    保持每月检查一次。
  10. Enforce Marriott’s Principles of Hospitality at all times.
    在所有方面坚持执行万豪的原则和款待。
  11. Above all, to lead by example through a “hands on” approach to motivate our associates to excel.
    最重要的是,通过自身的榜样和实践去领导和激励员工。
     
    HUMAN RESOURCES
  12. Develop and implement management training plans for subordinate managers and supervisors on a quarterly basis in conjunction with HRD. Also initiates development plans for hourly associates and follows up on their progression.
    与人事部联合起来为下属经理和主管制定和实行管理培训计划。
  13. Implement a departmental daily “15 Minute” training program.  Works together with the chef and beverage manager on proper taste panels.
    实行部门的每天15分钟培训项目。
  14. Be responsible for the execution of all associate performance reviews in a professional and timely manner.
    监督所有的员工完成专业的和适时地礼节。
  15. Be responsible for all aspects of associate management including hiring, discipline in conjunction with the F & B manager and Director of F & B.
    与F&B经理和总监一起负责检查员工的仪表包括头发,纪律。
  16. Conduct an effective monthly associate meeting with minutes and P&A forwarded to the GM, F & B and HRD.
    完成一份有效的员工会议记录和P&A,交给GM,F&B,HRD.
  17. To supervise the completion & critique of the wage progress report on a weekly basis.
    每周一次完成和评论出工资项目的报告。
  18. Practice “open door” policy to all associates.
实行对每位员工“敞开大门”的政策。
 
ADMINISTRATIVE
  1. Be responsible for all accounting and billing procedures in the outlets.
    有责任负责所有部门的财务和帐单的处理程序。
  2. Be responsible for the accurate supervision of the associate time control and payroll systems by working with Accounting and HRD.
    有责任正确地管理每位员工的加班时间和考勤系统给财务部和人事部。
  3. Periodically plan outside associate activity to promote teamwork.
    定期的计划员工外出活动促进团队合作精神。
  4. Promote positive inter-departmental relations through candid communication and cooperation.
    奖励实际的在部门之间公正的交流和合作的人。
  5. Respond to guest inquiries or concerns within 24 hours in what is deemed the appropriate manner.
    在24小时里礼貌的去关注和询问客人。
  6. Perform any reasonable request made of management which is not life threatening or against the law.
    有责任去管理一个生活所迫或是违法的事。
     
    MARKETING
  7. Be aware of all Marriott Guest Incentive programs and the correct accounting procedures pertaining to them.
    熟悉所有万豪客人的奖励计划和关于他们账目的正确结算程序。
  8. Develop & execute plans and actions for the marketing of the outlet. Works with the Director of Restaurants strategize new initiatives.
    发展和执行计划和完成部门的市场占有率。
  9. Be aware of competitors in the market & complete a competition analysis on a quarterly basis.
每个季度要熟悉竞争者的市场并加以分析。
