Additional Information: This hotel is owned and operated by an independent franchisee, Chase Hospitality, LLC. The franchisee controls all aspects of the hotel’s employment policies and practices, including the selection and hiring process. If you accept a position at this hotel you will be employed by a franchisee and not by Marriott International.
Responsibilities include proactive soliciting and managing meeting groups with the assistance of either a sales liaison on the property or a lead front desk associate. Sales Manager must actively solicit outside calls to potential clientele. Goals and action plans that are prepared by the General Manager on a quarterly basis to be adhered to and reviewed on a timely and weekly basis. Sales Manager must up-sell each business opportunity to maximize revenue opportunity. Achieves personal and team related top line sales goals.
Sales Manager must ensure that business is turned over to each department for each Business Transient Account and each group meeting piece of business. Following up on details and specifics for each new account found and/or group piece of meeting business. Responsibilities also include driving customer loyalty by delivering service excellence throughout each customer experience and providing service to our customers in order to grow the account in through qualification processes.
