To provide strong leadership to the Guest Service Center team and assist them in attaining departmental objectives. To ensure effective communication whilst ensuring consistently high levels of guest satisfaction.To implement solution-based approaches, best practices and foster a positive working environment. Monitoring and providing guidance to all associates by giving constructive feedback. Acting ethically in the handling, reporting and use of confidential information.
- Two to three years in a similar supervisory position or previous role with customer service and technical experience.
- Fluent Mandarin, Cantonese and English.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Technical requirements: Microsoft Office and Opera.
- High school, diploma in hotel management or equivalent education required.
