Job Summary


To assist the Executive Assistant Manager of F&B in ensuring that all company and hotel policies and procedures and standard operating procedures are adhered to; To conduct thorough daily inspections of the restaurant and bar operations; Personally and frequently verify guest's satisfaction.

Job Requirements


- To plan and implement effective training programs for respective associates, in conjunction with the Director of Learning & Development and Departmental Training Executives;

- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written (English & Chinese);

- Minimum 3 years experience in similar role in hotel industry.
