Purpose of Role


Responsible for supervising daily Public Area operations and work, and providing training, coaching and counselling to all Public Area Agents.

Coordinate and work closely with appointed contractors (i.e. pest control) to ensure their performance met to hotel’s required standard. 


Responsibly Description


§  Supervise the work of Public Area Agents to ensure that cleanliness and 

tidiness of all Front and Heart of House areas meet the highest standard to 

ensure guest satisfaction.

§  Monitor carpet and stone care program.

§  Be familiar with all cleaning equipment and correct chemical handling 

procedures in all areas of the hotel.

§  Inspect administrative office areas cleanliness, maintenance, supplies, safety 

and security; and take corrective measures to ensure that established 

standards are met.

§  Check to ensure that equipment are given proper care and maintenance 

while being used.

§  Report, as directed, any observed deviations from established standards.
