Job Description

Shaner Hotels has an amazing opportunity for a Food & Beverage Director at our brand new The Daytona, Autograph Collection.  The Daytona, Autograph Collection is the newest featured hotel in the new ONE DAYTONA area at the Daytona International Speedway.   ONE DAYTONA will serve as Daytona’s epicenter for premier entertainment, retail and dining.  Slated to be open in April of 2019! 

The Food & Beverage Director will oversee and organize activities of the Food & Beverage department including, but not limited to the kitchen, banquet operations, restaurant, room service and bar.  It is the director’s responsibility to maintain a high standard of food and beverage quality, service and marketing to maximize profits through outstanding customer service.

Some duties include reviewing and evaluating customer satisfaction, hiring and training staff and ensuring compliance with all corporate policies and procedures that relate to food & beverage, as well as local, state and federal law regulations.  We are seeking an enthusiastic, detail-oriented, strategic and personable leader who can effectively organize a department under the standards of Shaner Hotels.

Job Requirements:

  • High school diploma, College Degree preferred
  • 3+ years  experience in Food & Beverage
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
