As a Restaurant Manager your main mission will be to provide an extraordinary dining experience to our guests in one of the top fine dining restaurants in Malta, the Quadro restaurant. The Quadro is the ideal elegant and sophisticated dining venue for special occasions, business dinners and romantic dinners.
In this role, you will be leading the employees, empowering them to create a new unique original experience for our guests, encouraging, recognizing and training them to deliver an authentic and sophisticated service. Together with our renowned Sous Chef, you will maintain the standards of the outlet, work and follow up on guest and employee satisfaction, whilst working to exceed the departmental and hotel’s goals.
The successful candidate will also oversee other venues namely Palio’s Restaurant, the resort’s casual and family-friendly restaurant and The Boathouse Lounge Wine & Tapas, a unique venue that operates during the summer months. This exposure will offer the right candidate the opportunity to widen and expand their experience in the F&B field.
