What you would be doing

  • Follow standard recipes and plate presentations
  • Ensure the quality of food items
  • Follow and ensure compliance with food safety and handling policies and procedures
  • Ensure all work areas are kept clean and tidy


Who we're looking for

  • Hold relevant cookery qualification and previous experience in a similar role
  • Exceptional culinary expertise couple with a strong ability training ability
  • Knowledge of HACCP
  • Ability to work a rotating roster with full availability including shifts ranging from early morning to late evenings
