What would you be doing
  • Assist all guests with menu, dietary requirements and recommendations
  • Ensure accuracy with requests, orders and service delivery
  • Prepare and set up function rooms prior to the event, service of event, cleaning and clearing at the end of the event
  • Use of POS system
  • Ensure all service areas are immaculate
  • Maintain standards of hygiene and food handling
  • Promote safety and support WHS practices
 
Who we're looking for
  • Previous experience in food & beverage, ideally in a hotel environment
  • Responsible Service of Alcohol Competency Card
  • Armed with smart solutions and a can-do attitude
  • Flexible availability, including weekends and public holidays
