What you would be doing:
  • Welcome and farewell all guests entering and leaving the hotel
  • Delivery and storage of guest luggage
  • Provide information about all hotel facilities as well as rooms features and amenities
  • Respond to guest enquiries and requests


Who we're looking for:

  • Experience in a similar position or customer service
  • Armed with smart solutions and a can-do attitude
  • Availability across 7 days on a rotating roster, including weekends and public holidays
