Leads and manages all day-to-day activities related to the sales function with a focus on building long-term, value-based customer relationships that enable achievement of property sales objectives and strategy. Is responsible for prospecting of accounts in his pre-defined local area as stated in the Marketing Plan. Coach the Sales Executives to perfom and achieve their target. Achieves personal booking goals and makes recommendations on booking goals of direct reports.

CANDIDATE PROFILE

 

  • Valid working permit for Belgium is mandatory
  • Related university degree
  • Minimum four years experience in the Sales and Marketing area preferably in the Hospitality sector with a proven track record of success.
  • Strong management competencies and business acumen
  • Fluency in English and French, any additional language is a plus.
