As the Doorperson, the successful candidate will be responsible for managing the first impressions of our guests by performing the following tasks to the highest standards:
•           Welcoming arriving guests and opening the doors for them
•           Give guests a fond farewell and assisting with luggage for both arriving and leaving guests, including the storage of the luggage
•           Booking of taxis and tours, as well as valet service
•           Having detailed and up to date knowledge about the hotel services and functions at all times
•           Handling of guest complaints
In performing this role, candidates must meet the following requirements
•           Fluent in Maltese, English and preferably in other European languages
•           In possession of Driving License B
•           Willing to work on shift basis, including weekends and public holidays
