Columbia Sussex Management LLC is currently seeking an experienced and energetic individual for the position of Executive Chef at the Boston Marriott Quincy in Quincy Massachusetts. The hotel has a total of 464 rooms and 18,000 square feet of meeting space.
Candidates must possess a minimum of 2-years Culinary management experience with a demonstrated record of success in inventory, labor and food costs control, with an emphasis on quality and guest satisfaction. Must possess hands on attitude with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
