Job Summary
The successful applicant will be supporting the Accounts Receivables and Collections Manager with the following duties:
  • Groups and events invoicing
  • Preparation for groups prior to group arrival
  • Following up group and events deposit
  • Mid-month and month end commission accruals
  • Monthly revenue reports
  • Debtor chasing
  • Posting of debtor payments
  • Handling of guest/debtor queries
    The minimum pre-requisites for this position are:
    •           Diploma or Advanced Level in Accounting given preference
    •           Previous work experience in the Accounts department
    •           Conversant with Microsoft office applications and accounting software
    •           Excellent interpersonal, verbal and written communication skills
    •           Strong organizational skills and good working knowledge of mathematical concepts
